Club Coronita - Hajógyári sziget

The Coronita is a popular one Club on the island of Hajógyári, in the middle of the Danube. The club is a bit more expensive, but you get really good music from top DJs. The club closes at 5am every Thursday, Friday and Saturday, so you can have a good bang for your buck!

Instant - Budapest 1065, Nagymező utca 38

The Instant Bar is a real one Insider tip in Budapest. The bar opened in 2010 and is one of the most popular bars in town. The bar is a bit reminiscent of a stylish backyard pub. Angled rooms and extravagant furnishings (frying pans and ashtrays hanging from the ceiling) are the hallmarks of the bar. This is where most of the time is Electro played, but bands and DJs also perform occasionally. Drinks are relatively cheap here and the atmosphere is great.

Living Room - 1053 Budapest, Kossuth Lajos utca 17

The Living Room is perfect when you're out with friends who all like different styles of music. There's everything here - from R’n’B to hip-hop and funk to retro, reggae and disco. Young people especially like this one Club, so one is among oneself. You can't complain about the prices either - a mixed drink costs around € 3.50.

Gödör Klub - 1051 Budapest, Erzsébet tér

Ideal for all friends of the Live music! The club is right in the city center, the busiest Erzébet square. In the evenings there are almost always live acts that are really good. Here you can relax and chill with friends. Drinks aren't cheap (€ 5 for a cocktail), but that's because you're right in the center.

Not quite your taste?

The right thing nightlife According to Kristof, it takes place in these areas: Liszt Ferenc tér (Franz-Liszt-Platz), Andrássy út (Street) and Ráday utca (Pedestrian zone). Here you can easily see which bar you like. But be careful with those Night clubs! By 'night club' the Hungarian often means the dimly lit clubs in which scantily clad women dance on tables ...
