Shaping organizational change

This textbook contains a compilation of current and representative case studies for use in teaching and training.

In the first part, the editors provide differentiated instructions for working on behavior-oriented case studies on the subject of change. This is followed by 15 case studies in which various change projects are presented from the perspective of those involved. Working through these case studies enables the learners to comprehensively reconstruct and penetrate the change processes. For didactic reasons, the cases were sharpened to specific problems and dynamics and enriched with further realistic and situation-appropriate elements in order to make them particularly productive for processing. At the end of each case there are key questions that stimulate discussion.

In this way, a deeper understanding of the phenomena of change and how to deal with them in everyday organizational life is conveyed.
