Summary

We try to stick to rules in all areas of human existence. Certain rules should also be heeded in order to develop a strategy. We define a system of requirements (rules) that fundamentally apply to the development of management decisions. We show which rules Artificial Intelligence will adopt and possibly better than the board members.
