How your life change begins

If someone is unkind to you, the chances are that you will respond with unkindness. Your behavior is thus a mirror for the other. His unkindness is reflected in you.

If you are kind to someone, there is a good chance that they will respond to you with kindness. His friendliness is a mirror for the kindness you show him.

Understand the law of mirrors to change life

Why am I telling you this?

I want to draw your attention to the mirror law. It is one of the most important laws in life. Just as the law of gravity ensures that we do not float away, the law of mirrors exists, which helps us to recognize ourselves in the world.

Because what we experience is a mirror of ourselves. That means that we have partly created everything that surrounds us ourselves.

Even if we weren't aware of this before, our actions have an impact on the world and thus also on our lives. Depending on whether we encounter the world with friendliness or not, it will tend to reflect this back to us.

What does that mean for you now?

If you want to change your life, you have to change yourself.

Change yourself and you change your life

Since your life is by and large just a mirror of yourself, the change begins with you. In your thinking, in your feelings and in your actions. You put something into life with all your thoughts, all your feelings and all your actions and accordingly you get an answer.

It may sound incredible to you now and I can understand you very well. Nobody has told us anything about it before and, to be honest, at school we only learned what we need for our job. There was no school subject called “happiness in life”, “self-exploration”, “laws of life”, “psychology” or “spirituality”. But that's why I'm writing all these articles here.

If one way doesn't work, another works. Stay true to your goal, but be flexible in your choice of path and persistent in your movement.

I am also not saying that we can now change as we want at will. But we have the opportunity to “put something else into life” with the intention of getting a different result than before. However, we have no control over what result we get. This is important to understand so that we are not disappointed immediately, but always have the courage to adapt our life to the desires of our hearts.

Take responsibility for your life

You are the person who has the most responsibility for your life. The real power is with you. Of course you can hand over your responsibility to other people, institutions and organizations, who will then take care of you and keep you busy. If you do, please don't complain that your life is not going the way you want it to be.

If you want to change an area of ​​life, then it is important that you take responsibility for this area of ​​your life.

So in order to change your life, you have to take responsibility for your life. That means, you "Are liable" for your life. There is no one else to blame. It doesn't matter who is to blame. Guilt will no longer exist in your new thinking, only cause and effect. Apart from the fact that life does not follow this simple logic. There are certainly also things that we have no control over and we cannot explain ourselves to you either. But explaining is not important either.

On the path of self-realization, we take care of what is now. We now have the opportunity to add something new to life. New thoughts, new feelings, and new deeds. And that will change your life. We take care of that; about everything that is in our power.

3 steps to change your life

Now let's get a little more specific. What exactly can you do to change your life?

1. Realize that it is possible

Most people don't change their lives because they don't think it's possible. Because perhaps no one has told them that they can change their life and because they may not have anyone around them who has changed their lives in a great way.

At school and at work we have all been made into a uniform mass, all somehow doing the same thing and somehow thinking the same as what is dictated by the entertainment media.

So our thinking moves in a small box. All of our ideas are the thoughts of others. We just took things for granted without questioning them.

Why am I telling you this?

The next time you think something can't work, please do some research. If there is only one person who has made it, then you can too.

If we go one step further, it means concretely: none of your thoughts are the truth. Your mind - the thinker - is a tool and the problem arises when you think you be this thinker. That is the misconception. A wrong assumption that you just made at some point.

That voice in your head, you are not. It has nothing to do with your true essence, who you really are.

So my advice is don't listen to that voice in your head. Better listen to your heart.

When you start to change your life, a thousand thoughts will come along like this: “I can't do this. I can not do this. I am too weak. I don't deserve that. I'm getting along somehow. Bla bla bla…"

Just don't listen to all of your thoughts. Only believe what you really want to believe from your heart.

When this happens, pay attention to the feeling these thoughts are causing. Then ask yourself if these thoughts feel right. Would you like to live your life with this feeling until the end of your life? Is that right and your innermost truth?

If it doesn't feel right, this is the place for you. Then you are ready for the path of the self-actualizer who wants to realize himself from the heart.

Just think what should also become reality.

So realize that it is possible to change your life and then think these thoughts. Believe in it. Imagine how you will change your life and find out how many people have walked this path before you. You're probably not the first. Furthermore, the power of thoughts with which you can consciously change your life will also help you.

2. Make the decision to change your life

Every change starts with a decision. You have to make the decision deep down inside that you don't want to go on living like this anymore and that you really want to change your life. If your life just doesn't feel right with your inner values, then it is the right time to make such a decision to change your life.

Write down your decision. For example, if you want to leave a boring job, write it down on a piece of paper. Notice what happens inside you then. Fears will certainly arise, but most likely there will also be a supporting and supporting force within you.

Maybe something opens up in you and a motivating energy fills you. No matter what comes up inside you, stick with it and give it your attention. Feel it. Until the feeling goes on by itself. Except for the driving force that will stay and support you in putting your project into practice.

3. Changing Lives: Put It into Action

Any change is ultimately brought about by the deed. We passively influence our life through our thoughts and thoughts, but actively only through action. That's why you can't avoid taking action yourself.

Keep your decision in mind. Believe in it. Keep thinking about how you're going to do it. Then the fear will decrease over time as you get used to the visualized change. Then you do it.

Too often we are blind to what we have already accomplished. It is important not to rush yourself, but also to learn to pay attention to yourself. Take care. Appreciate every step in your development, no matter how small. Every movement is important. Each! Because even small things lead to big things.

Live new habits to change your life

We are habitual people. This means that the majority of our lives are based on repetitive behavior. That gives security and saves energy. What you need to learn now is that your habits are conducive to your higher purpose. So adjust your habits according to your life change decision.

It is especially difficult to integrate new, beneficial habits. So we have to show that we mean business. That is the work we have to do in order to reap the fruits of life. Life doesn't just give away, it wants to see that this decision is really important to us.

You have to fully commit yourself to your new life.
